David Banner Wants You To Pay Him To Make An Album, Then Go Buy It When It Comes Out

Rappers. SMH. 

Rapping and arrogance go hand in hand but rapper David Banner has raised the level to 2.0 with his new ploy to get the public to donate cash for his album to be recorded and released.  To convince his fans that they should feel good about coughing up free cash to give to him, he is, "... going to show you how dope this album is by every two weeks dropping a new single. By the time the fans get to May 22, they're [going to be] like, 'Damn, this is worth at least a dollar, but we may give him $100 on the effort!'" Really?

Is it that bad for you out there, David Banner fans? Are you starving so bad for him to release a new album that you are willing to fund the recording (which will be funded & released by the label in addition to your donations), purchase leak singles along the way and buy the full LP retail version when it drops? I wonder if you can report & claim those donations on your 2012 tax return? FOH...
